Book Text: Scholars Xuntang naوخۆیەکی otêlە کە لە نێو باڵەخانە نیشتەجێبوونە مێژووییەکانی ووشی، لە چین دروستکراوە. ناوخۆکە ٥٤٠٠ مەتری چوارگۆشە دادەگرێت و سیمای دیوارە سپییەکان و خشتە ڕەشەکان دەپارێزێت. پێکهاتە بنەڕەتییەکان پارێزراون و بەهێزکراون، بۆیە شوێنەواری کات هێشتا بەرچاون. ڕازاندنەوەکە خۆپارێزە، ڕێگە بە بینینی نەسجی کۆن دەدات. کەرەستەکان بریتین لە داری ئاواکراو، بەرد، خشتی زێڕین، شووشە، کاغەزی دیوار، بۆیاخ، کەتان، حەریر و ڕەتەنی مالاکا. تەکستایلی حەریر و کەتانی خۆجێیی پیشەسازییە هەرێمییەکان دەنوێنن. دیزاینەکە میوانان بە سروشتەوە دەبەستێتەوە و بەکارهێنانێکی نوێ بە باڵەخانە کۆنەکان دەبەخشێت.

Unique Properties: In the charm of white wall and black tile, it is as silent as the old man of time, telling the story of Mindu time. From the sunshine, from the years, let the old buildings have new vitality, carry out chic transformation on the original basis, respect history, respect architecture, symbiosis with nature and common prosperity with the sunshine.
Dimensions & Packaging: The project covers a total of 5400 square meters.

Production Technology: The main materials in this project are wood finish, stone, gold brick, glass, wallpaper, paint, linen, silk, malacia rattan.
Design Challenge: Because they belong to ancient residential buildings, in the transformation, it is necessary to ensure the safety of the building and retain the traces of time, which poses a great challenge to structural reinforcement and indoor planning.
Research: After countless rounds of argumentation and discussion, the optimal solution was finally formed to enable the whole project to be implemented. On the basis of protecting the original buildings, let the buildings glow with new style.
Inspiration: As a part of nature, human beings have a natural tendency to get close to nature and seek contact with nature. As an extension of architecture, how to create a unique connection with nature in the space and let residents enjoy the beauty brought by nature is a subject that designers have been thinking and exploring.
Project Duration: The project started in December 2021 in Wuxi and finished in May 2022 in Wuxi.
Operation Flow: Because the local area is rich in silk, linen and cloth, the designer combines the local characteristics, uses local materials, and uses the extreme details to find a distinctive tone.
