About Greenwich Erkê Bingehîn: Sêwirana Hindirîn a Niştecihbûnê

Nivîsa Pirtûkê: Greenwich sêwiranek hindirîn a niştecihbûnê ye ku ji bo apartmanek biçûk li Taywanê hatiye çêkirin. Mezanînek qada bikaranînê di nav sînorên tixûbdar de zêde dike. Hêmanên camî û hesinî tîrêja rojê dibin her quncikekê. Destikên fûlayî yên zirav û rêketa derpelekê herêman ji hev vediqetîne di heman demê de vekirîbûna dîtbarî jî diparêze. Ev sêwirandin pêlekanên hesinî yên Manhattanê tîne bîra mirov, cihê ku xwediyê malê carekê lê dijiya. Materyalên bingehîn dexlê perçe (particle board), boyaxa avî ya mîneralî û erdkariya kompozîta plastîk-kevir in, ku ji ber asta kêm a formaldehîdê û astengbûna kêm a hilweşînê (volatilîteyê) hatine hilbijartin.

The excellent support structure of steel is used to make the floor handrails have a more slender line and sense of penetration, while reducing the shielding rate.
Research: In the limited floor area, use the mezzanine design to increase the use of space. The combination of glass and iron pieces brings sunlight from a large area into every corner of the room. Let the line sense of the iron parts increase the level of the indoor space and divide the area. From the perspective of the occupants as a starting point, to experience the role that is about to enter, in addition to the convenience of life, it also integrates emotional communication.
Inspiration: The homeowner who once lived in Manhattan has deep memories and emotions for the lines of the iron staircase outside the building. The picture is reproduced by the staircase walkway on the mezzanine.
