The Flow sêwirana hundir a cihê giştî ye ku bo waran (deverên) hevbeş ên avahiyeke niştecihbûnê li Bajarê Taipei, Taywan hatiye çêkirin. Temaya sêwiranê av e, ku wek sembolek ji bo demê û tevgerê tê bikaranîn. Nixamek (banek) darîn a torîn bi teşeyên pêçandî yên şêlû ji derîyê sereke heta mîza pêşwaziyê dirêj dibe û bi salon, jûra postê û qada parkkirinê ya bin erdê ve didome. Panelên polayê zengar-negir ên pêçandî li ser dîwarên salona asansorê şibandina pêlan pêk tînin. Dîwarên ronahîdayînok û kaşên keramîk ên bi tesîra mermerê spî cihê bi awayekî dîtbarî fireh dikin. تایبەتمەندییە تایبەتەکان: Wood grill ceiling with curved wavy three-dimensional shapes the water flow from the main entrance all the way to the reception desk and continuing through the lounge and mailroom, the ceiling of the underground parking area as well.

تەکنەلۆژیای بەرهەمهێنان: Ripples-looked stainless corrugated panels on the side wall and ceiling of the elevator hall from the second floor and above are another way to portray moving water.
هەڵەنگاندنی دیزاین: Due to the limitation of the building width, the designer utilized big panels of fire-rated glass windows and doors to elongate the space and allow people at reception to look over the driveway for security purposes as well.
توێژینەوە: Just like water is a recyclable resource, Wood and stainless steel are major materials to carry out the design concept which are also 100% recyclable. With environmental sustainability in mind, the designer chose light-colored walls to save energy consumption by requiring less interior lighting, and chose locally designed and produced tiles on all the floorings and walls to reduce the carbon footprint.
ئیلهام: The residential building located adjacent to the road was called Imperial Envoy Avenue where the US Ambassador's residence and American Embassy were located. The rhythm of t public facilities space design is based on the idea of water. As the metaphor of time and traffic creates the imagery of transparency and reflection of flow movement.

ڕێڕەوی کارکردن: Having reflective finished walls in the social area visually widened the space. White marble effect ceramic wall tiles at the reception, basement transition zone, and elevator hall also give some sense of extension.
