بایا لە شیبویا، ناوەندی شاری مێترۆپۆلیتانی تۆکیۆدا بوونی پەیدا کرد، وەک ئەشکەوتێک کە لەناکاو لە شارەکەدا دەرکەوت. پێکهاتووە لە ٥ نهۆم؛ ژێرزەمینێک، ٣ نهۆم و تەلارێکی سەربان، و چەمکی دیزاینی تەواوی نهۆمەکان ئەشکەوتێکە لەناو شارەکەدا. دیزاینەرەکان باوەڕیان وابوو تەنها دیزاینێکی مینیمال دەتوانێت کەشوهەوای سەرنجڕاکێش و نامۆی ئەشکەوتێک وێناکار بکات، و بە کەڵکوەرگرتن لە ڕووناکی سەوزی زوموڕود و ملات بە شێوەیەکی مینیمالیان هێشتەوە کە پێیان وابوو گونجاوە بۆ ئەم ئەشکەوتە هاوچەرخە. پلانی ڕووناکیی ڕووناکییە سەوزە زوموڕودە سەرنجڕاکێشەکان شکۆمەندییان بە بۆشاییەکە زیادکرد و یارمەتیدا بۆ وێناکردنی چەمکی دیزاینەکە.

Xelatgirên Zîvînê karên pir birûsk û pir afirîner in, yên ku pisporiya hêja, jêhatîbûn û zîrekiya sêwiranerên xwe nîşan didin. Tê hêvîkirin ku Baia کڵوپی شەو karekî mînak, pir pîşekar û bi kûrahî nûjen be. Ev sêwirana bi Zîvînê serketî vedîtineke berbiçav û hatiye sitayişkirin e ku ji bo fireh kirina sînorên huner, zanist, sêwiran û teknolojiyê tevkarî dike. Unique Properties: “a cave within the city”
BAIA came into existence in the center of Shibuya the center of Tokyo metropolitan as a cave suddenly appeared in the city. BAIA consists of 5 floors; a basement, 3 stories and a rooftop terrace, and the design concept of entire floor is “a cave within the city.” We believed only a minimal design could visualize the fascinating and exotic atmosphere of a cave, and kept it minimal using emerald green lighting and mortar which we think suited for this modern cave. The lighting plan of fascinating emerald green lights added a glamor to the space and helped to visualize the design concept “a cave within the city.”

Inspiration: We were inspired by the fascinating and exotic atmosphere of a cave. We hope to trigger a chain reaction of positive inspirations by making an appearance of the design inspired by a cave in the very center of Tokyo.
