About Jian Werzîş
Berevajî salona werzîşê ya kevneşopî, wê destwerdana dîtbarî ya nerehet û xemilandina hundurîn a xweşik tune. Ew ne tenê salonek e: di heman demê de şêwazek jiyanê jî temsîl dike ku dikare mirovên xwedî heman nirxan li vir bicivîne. Sêwiraner armanc dike ku cîhê bi ronahiyê bikişîne, da ku cîh bi xwezayî di modulên fonksiyonel ên cihêreng de were dabeş kirin, û di heman demê de, ew ezmûnek dînamîk û jêhatî ya dîtbarî ji fitnessê re tîne.
