نووسینی کتێب: ماڵی هارمۆنی دیزاینێکی ناوخۆیی نیشتەجێبوونە لە هۆنگ کۆنگ. ماڵەکە بەرینایی گشتی 121 مەتری چوارگۆشەیی دادەپۆشێت، لەگەڵ بەرینایی بەکارهێنراوی 101 مەتری چوارگۆشەیی. پلانێکی کراوە ژووری دانیشتن، ناوچەی نانخواردن و چێشتخانە بەبێ دیوار پێکەوە دەبەستێتەوە، کە پشتگیری جوڵانەوە و کارلێککردنی ئاسان دەکات. دار، بەرد، فلز و کۆرکی ڕیسایکڵکراو گەرمی و ڕەنگی سروشتی بە ژوورەکان دەبەخشێت. جێگیرکردنی داری زەوی بە بڕوانامەی ئەنجومەنی چاودێری دارستان (FSC) پشتڕاستکراوەتەوە. کارە هونەرییە هەڵبژێردراوەکان تایبەتمەندی کولتووری زیاد دەکەن، و سیستەمی ئاودۆزینەوە لە حەمامەکاندا کارایی ئاو باشتر دەکات.

Xelatgirên Tuncînê karên bi têra xwe jêhatî û bi awayekî balkêş afirîner in, yên ku ezmûna fireh, xeyal û çareserkirina sêwiranerên xwe piştrast dikin. Tê hêvîkirin ku Harmonious Residence Function-ی سەرەکی: دیزاینی ناوخۆیی نیشتەجێبوون tiştekî pir hatiye rêzgirtin, sitayişkirin û delal be, bi awayekî berbiçav pîşekar û nûjen. تایبەتمەندییە تایبەتەکان: This project masterfully integrates elements of cultural art, natural stone, metal, and wood, employing a green construction approach emphasizing eco-friendly, energy-efficient, and sustainable materials. The result is a warm living space imbued with the essence of "humanity, art, and nature." The open-plan LDK (Living, Dining, Kitchen) layout, with its seamless flow and absence of partitions, not only enhances the comfort of the inhabitants but also fosters greater interaction within the space.
قەبارە و پاکێج: The building encompasses a total area of 121 square meters, with a usable area of 101 square meters. The design features an open-plan LDK (Living, Dining, Kitchen) layout, free of partitions, which enhances the spatial fluidity and interaction. The selection of wood and stone not only prioritizes aesthetic appeal but also emphasizes environmental responsibility and sustainability. All materials adhere to stringent environmental standards, ensuring the health and comfort of the occupants.
تاگەکان: Cultural art, natural materials, environmental sustainability, artistic decoration, handcrafted techniques, wet-dry separation, energy-saving technologies, and FSC certification.
تەکنەلۆژیای بەرهەمهێنان: This project employs a range of eco-friendly and sustainable materials, including recycled cork and natural stone. The production process meticulously prioritizes environmental and sustainable attributes. For instance, all wooden flooring is FSC(Forest Stewardship Council) -certified, ensuring the sustainability and eco-friendliness of the wood source. The bathrooms feature GEBERIT's collector drain and the GEBERIT's floor drain Aquorea system, which optimize the efficiency of water utilization.
هەڵەنگاندنی دیزاین: The main challenge is how to perfectly integrate art and nature elements into a limited space while ensuring eco-friendliness and energy conservation. Thanks to innovative materials and energy-saving technologies, this challenge is tackled. For example, wood and stone materials add natural textures yet reduce environmental impact. Energy-saving technologies, such as the GEBERIT's collector drain and the GEBERIT's floor drain Aquorea system, improve water utilization for less energy consumption.
توێژینەوە: This project thoroughly explores the integration of artistic works and natural materials within interior design. By meticulously selecting materials and decorations, the designer has adeptly fused culture with texture to create a harmoniously unified living space. The selection and arrangement of artwork not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of the space but also resonate emotionally with the residents, thereby enriching the cultural ambiance of the environment.
ئیلهام: The project draws inspiration from the artistic works of Kermit Oliver's Le Canada and Pierre Marie's Monsieur Montres. These pieces, with their evocative use of imagery, color, line, and composition, convey the artists' emotions, thoughts, and experiences, thus inspiring the integration of artistic and natural elements within the design. The designer aims to evoke an emotional resonance with the residents through these artworks, thereby enriching the cultural ambiance of the space.

ڕێڕەوی کارکردن: The open-plan LDK (Living, Dining, Kitchen) design facilitates seamless interaction between the living room, dining area, and kitchen, enhancing functionality and convenience. The natural textures and colors of wood and stone offer residents a close connection with nature. The incorporation of energy-saving technologies, such as GEBERIT's collector drain and the GEBERIT's floor drain Aquorea system, optimizes water efficiency and reduces evaporation, achieving significant energy conservation.
