Nivîsa Pirtûkê: Rêya Rojê sêwirana hundirîn a vîlayeke çar qatî ye ku li çiyayên bakurê Taywanê ye. Ev niştecih 353.1 metre çargoşe ye û li şûna plansaziya vertîkal a kevneşopî, astên bipêş û derbasbûnên vekirî bikar tîne. Qata erdê garaj, foyer û enbara tê de heye. Qata duyem jûreya rûniştinê, qada xwarinê û bareke ku bi teraseke derveyî ve girêdayî ye vedihewîne. Qatên sêyem û çarem jûreyên razanê, cilşoreke mezin (walk-in closet) û jûreyeke xwendinê vedihewînin. Rûerdên darê sîkamorê û palîteke gewrê tarî taybetmendiya hundir diyar dikin. - The four-story villa spans 353.1 square meters, featuring a fluid circulation system that replaces a conventional vertical layout with staggered levels, open transitions, and interconnected stairways. The ground floor serves as an entry hub with a garage, foyer, and storage. The second floor is the social core, where the living room, dining area, and bar counter connect seamlessly to an outdoor terrace. The third floor prioritizes privacy, housing the master bedroom and a walk-in closet reminiscent of a hotel suite. The fourth floor includes a children's bedroom, study, and secondary bedroom, balancing privacy and function.

- Although this villa offers multi-level living, the limited floor area per level posed a challenge in balancing storage and openness. Maintaining functionality while ensuring spatial fluidity became a key focus. A major transformation on the second floor involved removing the original railing between the living and dining areas, creating a seamless, open connection. The staircase was also carefully designed, prioritizing safety and ergonomics while serving as a refined visual element. Thoughtfully selected materials enhance its aesthetic appeal, reinforcing the villa's cohesive and harmonious design.
