About Hilltop House Sêwirana Hundirîn a Niştecihbûnê
Malbata Bilindahiyê sêwiraneke hundirîn e bo xaniyekî niştecihbûnê yê tenê-malbatî ku rûberê wê 1300 metre çargoşe ye. Xanî li ser lûtkeya çiyayekî, li jorê parkeke zeviyên şil ên fireh, cih girtiye. Sê nifş li vê xaniyê dijîn, ji ber vê yekê reng, form û fonksiyonên her herêmê ji bo temenên di bin salekê de heta zêdetirî heştê salî hatin plansaz kirin. Dîwarên derveyî yên ber bi çiya, li ser her qatê bi panelên mezin ên camî hatin guhertin. Rêhaleke 60 metreyî bi camê ji erdê heta banî, asta jêrîn dorpêç dike. Hêmanên çandî yên Çînî, wek xetên kevekurî û şêwazên şûşê, rêberiya xemilandinê dikin.

- The biggest challenge encountered in the design process was project management. An expansion project of more than 700 square meters and a large number of structural reconstruction projects were carried out because the building was located on the top of the mountain and the construction scope was very narrow. The entire period from design to completion was six months. In the design, there must be no rework or delay. Rich experience and an understanding of the engineering details were required.

As the building is located on the mountain top and at the foot of the mountain lies a large wetland park. The designer transformed exterior walls of each floor that faces the mountain into huge monolithic glass. Floor-to-ceiling glass exterior walls were used in the 60-meter corridor that surrounds the whole building on the negative layer to create spectacular view of the landscape. - Project Duration
