Co-real Smart Home – Кытайдын Ханчжоу шаарында жайгашкан флагман дүкөн жана офис имараты. 1800 чарчы метр аянттагы бул долбоор карапайым фабрика имаратын реконструкциялоо аркылуу ишке ашырылган. Имарат борбордук короонун тегерегине жайгаштырылган ачык-айкын көлөмдөргө ээ ак куту катары чечилип, айланасындагы чөйрөдө өзүнүн так өзгөчөлүгүн көрсөтөт. Бийик атриум коомдук залды ачып, ал горизонталдык жана вертикалдык жылышуунун борбору болуп саналат. Биринчи кабатта продукциянын көргөзмө залы жана ар бир акылдуу үй системасын сынап көрүүгө мүмкүн болгон үлгү бөлмөлөр жайгашкан. Экинчи кабат толук кандуу офис аянты катары пайдаланылат.

Unique Properties: It is renovated from a simple factory, to be a white box with distinct volumes around a central courtyard, and unique from the surroundings. It conveys ideas about technology and life, as well as opening and sharing.
The first floor of the new building is equipped with a product showroom and the intelligent experience sample room of each system of Co-real Home Smart. The second floor is a comprehensive office area.
Dimensions & Packaging: Project area: 1800 square meters

Production Technology: It is equipped with four constant systems, which ensures constantly stable temperature, stable humidity, stable oxygen and stable static of the whole space.
Design Challenge: How to renew an abandoned factory building, bring new vitality to the area with a new image, and increase the unique attraction for the enterprise.
Research: Refuse to be ordinary. Every part of design is always to seek for a larger possibility of space usage based on true demands from users.
Inspiration: Co-real Smart Home is one of the leaders in industry about energy saving and eco-lifestyle, providing customers with integrated solutions of intelligent and comfortable home system. Therefore, if we have to define it, we think it would be warm, bright, bold, free and comfortable.
The public hall is the center of the plane and vertical moving lines. The designer makes a high atrium to open the space, presenting a grand and transparent view.
Project Duration: Time: 2018.11 - 2019.8
Location: No.700 Gudun Road, West lake district, Hangzhou, China
Operation Flow: Step 1: the preliminary planning and design of space plane;
Step 2: draw the detailed space design scheme;;
Step 3: the owner confirms the overall design scheme;
Step 4: draw construction drawings and confirm the list of building materials and furniture;
Step 5: deliver the construction drawings.
Step 6: supervise the construction process until it is finished.
