Par Primary Residence Burtveidola dizains

Primary Residence ir burtveidola dizains, kas minimālistiskas arhitektūras formas pārvērš burtos un ciparos, izmantojot trīs pamatkrāsas – sarkano, zilo un dzelteno. Katrs simbols attēlo nelielu ēkas fragmentu bez skaidras ieejas vai izejas. Kāpnes, logi un ģeometriskas formas atsaucas uz Bauhaus kustību un minimālisma arhitektūru. Dizainu iedvesmojušas arī kāpnes un logi, kas novēroti dažādās pasaules vietās. Skices tika veidotas uz papīra, balstoties uz reālu ēku fotogrāfijām. Mērķis ir apvienot konstrukcijas formu un identitāti.

Unikālās īpašības: Primary Residence is an alphabet design that represents minimal architectural forms in typography with three primary colors: red, blue, and yellow.
Each letter and number represents a small part of the buildings without any apparent entry or existence. You may look at it with your own imagination to find the way in or out. You could even find connections from one character to the next.
The stairs, windows, and geometric shapes are dedicated to the Bauhaus architectural style and minimalism, with the primary goal of blending the form and identities of the structure together.

Dizaina izaicinājums: The challenge of this project is finding ways to incorporate different elements of architectural forms with letters while making them look consistent and abstract.
Pētījums: Each main element of the letter based on the research of the Bauhaus movement or the world architectures' photography.
Iedvesma: The inspiration originally came from the Bauhaus Movement. Additionally, I was inspired by the design of stairs and windows from different parts of the world, like the fire escapes of old buildings in New York City and urban windows in European cities.
Projekta ilgums: This project started in March 2020 in New Jersey.
Darbības plūsma: This archetype style helps the viewer gain a greater appreciation of the abstract building. The stairs, windows, all geometric shapes all dedicated to Bauhaus architecture and Minimalist building to blend with the form and identity of the structure.
