Villa Sorra atrodas Emīlijas lauku centrā. To ieskauj miglas takas, kas vijas cauri rīta gaismai un zemnieku izveidotajam šaha galdiņam' smags darbs. Tā ir patīkama un gandrīz apburta vieta. Tas ir dārgakmens, kas stāsta par stāstu, ko radījušas savdabīgas leģendas, aizsargājami dzīvnieki un vīnogas, kas kļuvušas par pasaulē atzītām Made in Italy izcilībām: Tortellini, balzamiko etiķis un Parmigiano Reggiano siers.
