The design thinking process started with empathy to understand artists' pain points and their need for a supportive, inclusive, and functional platform to showcase their art, collaborate with peers, and sell their work. From these insights, we developed user personas and journey maps, identifying key touchpoints that would influence user experience. Our ideation process focused on solutions that integrated these needs into a cohesive, intuitive user interface.
