Toetra Manokana: The designer was looking to give the space a luxurious look along with a warm and inviting atmosphere that would reflect the personality of the chef. He designed a huge element of iron shelves with hidden lighting and a gilded back with texture to give the space a modern and artistic look. On the shelves are a variety of artefacts and tools that the chef has collected throughout his career. One of them, for example, is a statue of a shoe designed by Tom Dixon that the chef used as a serving tool to serve a dish to the Prime Minister of Japan.

Teknolojia Famokarana: The Iron Library was designed using 3D models in order to achieve a level of accuracy that will allow all professionals to produce and assemble the element as it was designed. In all the hidden lighting we used a special lighting filter to get the right light color that would illuminate the library in the best way.
Fanamby Endrika: The challenge was to create a formal atmosphere however personal and warm in a small space so as not to take the spotlight away from the restaurant's dishes.
Fikarohana: When Chef Segev Moshe approached to the Designer, his request was to design the space of his flagship restaurant in a way that reflected his personality and created a place where he could implement all his fantasies, create and serve his dishes in an unconventional artistic concept, Inspired by art and design exhibitions from around the world, including art museums, exhibitions, galleries.
The designer looked to see how a work of art is presented and whether there are different approaches to presenting a work of art and what is the best way for me to execute the design vision for the project
