About Gradient Ramp Mahi Tuatahi: Rīpene Piri

Kōrero Pukapuka: Ko Gradient Ramp he rīpene piri i hangaia kia ngāwari ake ai te kimi i te pito kua tapahia. He angiangi rawa te rīpene kanapa paerewa, nō reira he uaua tonu te kimi i te tapa i muri i te whakamahinga. Kei runga i te Gradient Ramp tētahi hōkiokio tae puta noa i tōna roa. Ka tapahia te rīpene, ka whakaatu ngā papa i tētahi rerekētanga tae e kitea ai i te rārangi tapahi. Ka rapua e te kaiwhakamahi te wāhi kaha rawa te rerekētanga, ka hikitia ake te rīpene mai i taua wāhi. I hangaia te rīpene mai i tētahi kiriata PVC kāore he mea whakangāwari, e whakarato ana i te aro pai ki te makariri, te piri kaha i te tīmatanga, me te tapahi ngāwari.

About the A' Design Award Rino

Ko Gradient Ramp Mahi Tuatahi: Rīpene Piri te toa o te A' Design Award Rino, he whakaaetanga whai mana e hoatu ana ki ngā hoahoa pai e whakatutuki ana i ngā hiahia ngaio me te ahumahi e tūmanakohia ana mai i ngā mahi kua hoahoatia pai. Ko ngā toa Rino e whakaatu ana i te pukenga nui, te tohungatanga teitei, te māramatanga mātanga me te kaha auaha o ō rātou kaihanga. E tūmanakohia ana ko Gradient Ramp Mahi Tuatahi: Rīpene Piri he mahi whakanuia, whakamīharotia, aroha nui, he whaihua, he auaha hoki. Ko tēnei hoahoa i toa i te Rino e whakakotahi ana i ngā tikanga pai rawa o te ahumahi, ā, he āhuatanga hangarau pūkenga tōna e hono ana ki te mōhio me te pūmanawa. E whakahonoretia ana a Gradient Ramp Mahi Tuatahi: Rīpene Piri mō tōna tōtika, ā, i hoahoatia hei whakapai ake i te kounga o te oranga me te āwhina i te ao kia pai ake.

Unique Properties
This is a sellotape with a unique color. What is unique about it is what it does. It is a tape made of gradient. After using the tape, due to the gradient characteristics of the cut after use will form a color difference. So that users find the transparent tape incision, easy to use.
Dimensions & Packaging
length 10cm x Width 10cm x Height 1.5cm

Production Technology
No plasticizer PVC film based material, with good low temperature resistance, good initial viscosity, easy punching and cutting molding.
Design Challenge
This is an innovative design with a complex internal structure, and the machining qualification rate is the biggest challenge encountered by this project.
Research
In the past decade, the production of rubber belt has maintained an upward trend, with the output rising from 10.03 billion square meters in 2007 to 21.86 billion square meters in 2016. The industry scale is expanding continuously, and the market prospect is broad. Despite the forward-looking estimates, in 2017, the production of tape reached 23.80 billion square meters, a year-on-year growth of 8.88%. In such a large market, a tape that solves pain points is very promising.
Inspiration
I get my inspiration from gradient.Tape is a stationery that many people often use.Because the tape is too thin.Everyone who uses tape has a problem with not finding the cut.We combine the principle of gradient with tape. You can easily find the tape cut through the color difference. Our motivation was to design a tape that was easier to use.
Project Duration
The project started in September 2020 in Milan and finished in February 2021 in that place, and was exhibited in China in February 2021.
Operation Flow
First pick up the tape. Second, look for areas where the color difference is very pronounced. Third, use tape. Finally, after using the tape, the tape incision and tape will directly produce obvious color difference, convenient for people to find, so that the next use is more simple.
