Materials:

Elevate your living experience with the perfect fusion of natural warmth and refined elegance. The balcony is crafted using outdoor wood flooring, adding a touch of comfort and serenity to your outdoor space. Inside, the unit boasts light-colored solid wood flooring in a playful herringbone pattern, bringing vitality and warmth into every room. The en-suite bathroom door is designed with Aquatex glass, reflecting and scattering light to create a master bedroom that exudes luxury and refinement.

The built-in cabinets in the living room and study room are finished with durable, light wood-colored boarding, adding a sense of leisure and relaxation. The foyer is transformed with its grey brick floor, which not only adds a visually striking layer to the space but also makes cleaning a breeze. The master toilet boasts a white marble wash basin, infusing luxury and refinement. The bathtub is designed with a waterfall faucet and textured wall materials, creating a corner of spa-like luxury in your very own quarters.

Space:

The living space has been transformed by a redesign that reshapes the unit to your exact needs. The designer removed the internal walls to expand the living and dining room by 25 percent and even designated a room for helper. Say goodbye to cramped and awkward spaces and hello to a place that truly feels like your own.

Originally, a beam across the living and dining room marred the flow of the space, but the designer has expertly veiled it with a double ceiling, creating a seamless and visually stunning environment. To enhance the layout, designer avoided the use of large storage units that can make a room feel cramped and congested.

Experience the ultimate in indoor-outdoor living with a balcony that can be integrated into the living room with the use of folding glass doors. Open them up and let the natural light pour in, and enjoy the breathtaking mountain view from the comfort of your own home. No more cramped and stuffy spaces.

Lines:

Experience unparalleled comfort in every corner of your living space with the designer's expert use of curved lines. From the grand, sweeping false ceiling to the round frame decorations on the living room walls, curved shelves, and the curved glass connecting the kitchen to the dining room, every element is designed to flow seamlessly together.

The semicircular arches of the en-suite bathroom door and wardrobe hollow handles in the study all echo one another.

Lighting:

Lighting is an essential element of design and can greatly enhance the atmosphere of a space. The designers have crafted the lighting in this unit to create a comfortable and inviting setting.

The double-layer false ceiling in the living and dining room features subtle light grooves and strategically placed spotlights, creating a bright yet soft glow. The round wall lights in the kitchen are both functional and decorative, adding a touch of elegance.

The adjustable pendant above the sofa provides the perfect reading light. In the bedroom, spotlights, wall lamps, and lamp troughs behind the headboard provide ample and atmospheric lighting.

The lighting thoughtfully continues into the hallway, drifting from one end to the other to perfectly accentuate any future artwork.
