About Kemercountry Te Hoahoa Rōpū o Roto mō te Kāinga
Ka tuwhera te papa raro ki te māra, ā, kei reira he rūma noho, he kīhini nui me tētahi wharepaku manuhiri. Kei te papa tuarua he wāhi nui, he rūma ako me te rūma moe matua me ōna wāhi whakakākahu, wāhi kaukau hoki. Kua whakaritea te papa tuatoru mō tētahi tamaiti, me ngā wāhi mō te moe, te mahi, te whakatā me te tākaro. Mā te mapere, te ōka, te wōnati me te hiako e hanga ngā papanga māori, ā, mā ngā ārai karaihe me ngā mata whakaata e hora te mārama o te awatea.

It was a living space that had lost its function. Surrounded by a magnificent garden
Even though he was there, he couldn't reflect this beauty inside.” His house is available.
Naturally, instead of renovating, the architect's choice is entirely the homeowners' choice.
