About Elegant Artists Hoahoanga Roto Whare Noho

Ko Elegant Artists he hoahoanga roto whare noho e hipa ana i te 83 mita tapawha i Taoyuan City, Taiwan. Kei roto i te mahere he ruma noho, he wāhi kai, he kīhini, he ruma moe matua me tōna kāpata whakauru, he ruma moe tuarua me ngā ruma horoi e rua. I whakarerekētia te whakatakotoranga, nā te mea i whakahurihia te kūaha o te ruma horoi, ā, i nekehia te pakitara o te ruma moe matua kia whakawhānui ake i te wāhi. Ko ngā tae me ngā rauemi e whai ana i te ahunga whakapaipai me te tukutuku ā-manawataki, nā reira ko te wāhi iti ka kitea he nui ake. Ka whakawhiti ngā papa parani mā i te tuanui, ngā pakitara, me ngā kāpata, ā, ko ngā mata mapere e hanga ana i ngā papa ātaahua kia kitea.

Unique Properties: Whether it is public or private domain, the color scheme coordination or material deployment was anchored on gradation and rhythmic repetition for a consistent and comfortable perception of an enlarged space within a limited interior area.
Dimensions & Packaging: The interior area is approximately 83 square meters which include living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom with walk-in closet, secondary bedroom, and two bathrooms.
Tags: Elegance, Mixed Matching Styling, Natural Pattern, Residential Design
Production Technology: Paint, Imported Tiles, Painted Veneer, Painted Metalwork, Scratch-Resistant Timber Flooring, Decorative Boards, Colored Glass
Design Challenge: In order for the living room to be imbued with posh and flowing look and feel, the design team discussed the mosaic detailing of every piece of marble tile, as the unique pattern of every piece of marble induces a visually interesting abstract painting.
Research: With the design theme of Elegant Artists, fused with colors and materials preferred by the occupants, design elements such as minimal line, colors, and exquisite marble, were allowed to permeate the interior with gentle yet stern spatiality. As the white lining boards traverse the ceiling, walls, and cabinets, the marble material is present throughout interior in building spatial layers and visual consistency, while the public domains were linked with open plan and transparent materiality.
Inspiration: This residence is where a newlywed couple began their lives together, and as both of them possess elegant taste and life outlook, hence the residence was named, Elegant Artists, due to its appropriately deployed colors, line work, and materials, for a gentle yet stern spatiality.
Project Duration: The project was finished in February, 2019, in Taoyuan City, Taiwan.
Operation Flow: This residence was subject to plan floor re-layout prior to purchase, as the orientation of the bathroom door which can be seen upon entry was altered while the wall of the master bedroom was shifted for an enlarged space of a comfortable living function.
