Tantang S90 Residence Tampek Tingga
S90 Residence marupokan rumah tinggal untuak duo generasi nan taletak di bagian utara Kabupaten Tainan, Taiwan. Rumah ko dibangun jo struktur baja sarato finishing panel eksterior. Atok miringnyo diatur suduik supayo dapek panca matoari nan elok, sahinggo panel surya fotovoltaik bisa ditambahkan beko. Fasad putiah taserasi jo hamparan sawah hijau di sakitar lokasi, sarato mangurangi paningkatan suhu dari sinar matoari langsuang nan kuat. Denah rumah ko mamiliki tigo fungsi: ruang publik nan dipakai basamo, lantai duo untuak pasangan mudo, sarato volume satu lantai untuak urang tuo. Total lueh pambangunan iolah 324 meter persegi.

- S90 Residence is a two-generation dwelling located in the north part of Tainan County, Taiwan. The sloped roof optimizes the best sun exposure for the future extension of the Photovoltaic solar panel.

Exterior paint is using special coating called LOTAS, made with century-old reservoir sludge, for sustainable construction material. - Tantangan Desain
- The project address creative challenge of developing sustainable dwelling in southern part of Taiwan, which has harsh sun exposure with high temperature. The volume of building is examined with solar exposure calculation software to articulate window openings for balancing interior illumination from natural light.
- Penelitian
- The initial study of architectural volume started with physical model to choose the best proportion of building. After determining the volume, the digital model is used to fine tune the details of building. Finally, the window opening are designed based on the solar exposure modeling, and also visualization of the interior spaces.
- Inspirasi
- The architectural design draws inspiration from the passive design approach to articulate the surrounding environment. The white façade matches the green field around the site and reduces the heat gain from strong direct sunlight.
- Durasi Proyek
- The project started in December 2016 in Taipei and finished in 2020 March in Tainan.
- Alua Operasi
- There are three separate functions of the space. One is public space shared with parents and young couple, while the others are for each family to have their privacy. The second floor of two story building is for the young couple, while the other single story volume belong to the parents. The entrance, living space, and the kitchen dining are located on first floor.
