Next Collection marupokan sabuah kompleks perumahan nan dirancang sasuai jo bantuak alam sakitar Green Cape. Bangunan iko tadiri dari tigo sayok nan tabarapisah, nan diletakkan di ateh podium nan mangandung tamansari. Bagian ateh bangunan (rooftop) dimanfaatkan sabagai kawasan sosial nan dilangkoki jo restoran, bar, sarato kolam rendam. Tata latak sayok-sayok tu manyokong aliran nan lancar antaro unit apartemen jo tamansari di ateh podium. Bagian dalam bangunan mangikuik pandekatan minimalis jo tema nautikal, sarato palet warna nan tanang. Rancangan iko manggabuangkan bantuak organik jo topografi alam sakitar.

Our objective was to create a multifunctional complex harmonizing with Green Cape's landscape. Tools included 3D modeling and architectural software.
