Topway Design was founded in 2002 in Shanghai, China, and set up a branch in Canada in 2008, with architectural design Class A qualification, specializing in architectural planning and design of real estate development projects. Topway Design covers various fields, including residential buildings, urban complexes, commercial property, industrial real estate, office buildings, and star hotels, focusing on providing whole-process services for the overall design in three sectors, namely, residential quarters, commercial complexes, and industrial parks. Topway Design applies the advanced design concept and superior architectural technology in urban development, and integrates it with the market and traditional culture, aiming to become a real estate design expert.
