The Hub нь Австралийн Виктория мужийн Хилсвилл хотод аялал жуулчлалын зориулалтаар төлөвлөгдсөн холимог зориулалттай хөгжүүлэлт юм. Энэхүү төсөл нь өв уламжлалт зах, гастрономийн төв, шар айрагны үйлдвэр, зочид буудал, ресторан болон арга хэмжээний төвийг нэгтгэсэн болно. Зургаан акр талбайг хамарсан бүх зориулалтуудыг явган хүний зам холбож өгдөг. Барилгууд нь газрын гадаргын өндөрлөгийг дагаж шаталсан хэлбэртэй бөгөөд байгалийн материалуудыг ашигласнаар хөгжүүлэлтийг эргэн тойрны ландшафттай уялдуулсан. - the hardest part is to satisfy neighborhood character and people lives within, it was about 3000 objection of which withdrawn after understanding the benefits and quality contribution of the project. this considered to be huge value

- marketing research regarding tourism has been undertaking together with business plan, the research indicated that Healesville one of the best areas attract people with high taste on food and wine
- Inspiration
- the motivation of my design is the happiness of human been, with all the pressure of our life, its nice to provide people hub that will take people away from the routine and enjoy the country life style with the best food and wine and shopping
healthy life is the key of our happiness, mixed with comfortable building that accommodate sustainability and enjoy normal life with healthy environment- main philosophy is to bring outside in - Project Duration
