Некст Коллекшн бол Грин Кэйп газрын гадаргатай уялдуулан төлөвлөгдсөн оршин суух цогцолбор юм. Барилга нь цэцэрлэгт хүрээлэн бүхий подиум дээр байрлах гурван бие даасан жигүүрээс бүрддэг. Дээвэр нь ресторан, бар, усан сан бүхий нийтийн орон зайгаар ашиглагддаг. Жигүүрүүдийн зохион байгуулалт нь орон сууцууд болон подиум дээрх цэцэрлэгт хүрээлэнгийн хооронд тодорхой урсгалыг дэмждэг. This multifaceted complex transcends norms, featuring three wings atop a podium with a garden and a rooftop hosting a restaurant, bar, and pool, redefining modern living. The interior, a minimalist oasis with a nautical theme, distinguishes 'Next Collection' as an exceptional icon in contemporary design.

Design Challenge: The most formidable challenge in crafting "Next Collection" was the intricate balance between innovation and organic integration. We navigated historical and social perspectives, ensuring the design resonated with Green Cape's ethos. Adhering to local laws and regulations posed external hurdles, demanding meticulous adjustments. Production possibilities influenced material choices, while technological advancements shaped the project's form. Overcoming these obstacles required a nuanced approach, integrating diverse elements while maintaining the project's integrity. "Next Collection" stands as a testament to transcending challenges, a synthesis of creativity navigating historical, social, and external factors, resulting in a design that seamlessly blends the contemporary with the contextual.
Research: The design research for "Next Collection" encompasses a contextual exploration focused on organic integration. Our objective was to create a multifunctional complex harmonizing with Green Cape's landscape. Tools included 3D modeling and architectural software. Residents, key participants, influenced the functional distribution and layout. Results showcase a seamless blend of aesthetics and functionality. Insights highlight the project's impact on modern living, influencing societal and design perspectives. "Next Collection" epitomizes research-driven innovation, transforming not only physical spaces but also redefining the essence of contemporary living in business, society, and design realms.

Project Duration: The project designing started in 2023 and construction will be ended in 2025.
