About Tasteful House Reka Bentuk Dalaman Kediaman

Tasteful House ialah reka bentuk dalaman kediaman untuk sebuah keluarga tiga orang di Foshan, meliputi keluasan 120 meter persegi. Susun atur asal disusun semula supaya setiap kawasan selaras dengan keperluan harian sebenar. Dinding antara balkoni, ruang tamu dan ruang makan dirobohkan untuk meluaskan ruang. Dinding baharu yang ditarik masuk sejauh 35 sentimeter memberi ruang untuk sebuah rak buku bergaya papan yang menyimpan buku dan hiasan. Palet hitam putih menonjolkan objek-objek berwarna-warni. Meja kopi sepanjang dua meter dengan kerusi berputar tetap menyokong interaksi antara ibu bapa dan anak.

Unique Properties: The designer according to the actual needs of customers to re-reasonable layout of the original plan, each space according to the actual functional adjustment of the area, adhering to the principle of good enough to use, do not waste, the space utilization of the whole house has been greatly improved.

Production Technology: The designer removes the wall of the original living room and retreats the new wall 35 centimeters in the direction of the multi-purpose room, freeing up space for a row of board-style bookcases that can hold books as well as interesting ornaments, the support of the black and white space makes the colorful objects on the bookcase more prominent. In addition, the combination of the ceiling lighting creates a comfortable atmosphere.
Design Challenge: The original space is a very traditional plane layout, with fine decoration. The long passage is dim, without natural light, and it is very wasteful, which makes the space utilization rate is not high. In addition, there is no suitable room to use as a cloakroom, large or small, so the whole plane needs to be readjusted.
Research: There is a space between the original balcony and the living room, and the designer's design removes the walls. After entering the door, see the dining room, the sitting room and the balcony have no space between, let the space enlarge. The balcony continues to retain its function, with custom-made potted plants that create a relaxing atmosphere in the summer afternoon.
Inspiration: The project is located in Jinyu Binjiang, Daliang, Foshan. There are three owners, and the boy is more than 2 years old. The host wants to surprise his wife, so the designer starts from the concept of parent-child interaction to create a practical and warm living space.
Project Duration: The project started in March 2020 in Foshan and finished in January 2021 in Foshan.
Operation Flow: Taking into account the lively and lovely nature of children, the designer specially designed a 2-meter long multi-purpose coffee table for him in the living room, the end of the tea table by the window design of a chair fixed to the table, the chair can rotate 360 degrees.
