About The Portable Kaxxa Għall-Ikel

L-industrija tal-catering qed tiffjorixxi, u l-ikel li jittieħed sar neċessità għan-nies moderni. Fl-istess ħin, ħafna żibel ġie ġġenerat ukoll. Ħafna mill-kaxex tal-ikla użati biex iżommu l-ikel jistgħu jiġu riċiklati, iżda l-basktijiet tal-plastik użati għall-pakkett tal-kaxex tal-ikla huma tabilħaqq mhux riċiklabbli. Sabiex jitnaqqas l-użu ta 'basktijiet tal-plastik, il-funzjonijiet tal-kaxxa tal-ikla u tal-plastik huma kkombinati biex jiddisinjaw kaxxi tal-ikel ġodda. Il-kaxxa tal-balla tbiddel il-parti minnha nnifisha f'manku li huwa faċli biex iġġorr, u tista 'tintegra kaxxi tal-ikla multipli, tnaqqas ħafna l-użu ta' basktijiet tal-plastik għall-ippakkjar tal-kaxex tal-ikla.

Unique Properties: This is a disposable lunch box design that is easy to pack and carry. The edges of the lunch box can be torn open to form a portable handle, which can pack 1-3 lunch boxes. The portable lunch box can reduce the use of disposable plastic bags and reduce the generation of garbage.
Dimensions & Packaging: 150mm wide* 200mm long* 50mm high
Tags: environmentally friendly, package, carry, recycle, disposable
Production Technology: Injection technology
Laser cutting technology
Design Challenge: The length of the handle needs to be tried several times and needs to be coordinated with the length and height of the lunch box.
Research: The portable lunch box turns the part of itself into a handle that is easy to carry, and can integrate multiple lunch boxes, greatly reducing the use of plastic bags for packing lunch boxes.
Inspiration: The catering industry is flourishing, and takeaway has become a necessity for modern people. At the same time, a lot of garbage has also been generated. Many of the lunch boxes used to hold food can be recycled, but the plastic bags used to pack the lunch boxes are indeed non-recyclable. In order to reduce the use of plastic bags, the functions of the lunch box and plastic are combined to design new lunch boxes.
Project Duration: The project started in January 2020 and finished in February 2020 in South China University of Technology.
Operation Flow: After putting the meal in place, close the lid, tear along the dotted lines on the sides of the lunch box to form a handle, pack and fix the rest of the lunch box and take it away.
