Tlanāhuatīlli Nētēcahuilīztli: First challenge is limited of time ,it's only takes one months to finish design and construction.Secondly, it's difficult to balance the economic benefits and aesthetically atmosphere. By full-fill the seatings and movement flow, keeping the nature form of seating was one challenge during the design progression.
Tlatēmōliztli: The location of the base is in the Neihu Science Park, which is surrounded by many high-tech company office.
On the contrary, it is a big challenge for our second one due to it a critical and competitive area of restaurant in Taipei.
the space design is one of our main idea to present our GumGum characteristic in the field.
Instead of traditional restaurant layout in design, we choose to break up the usual form of seating experience.
That inspired us to defined our personality ,also combine new dining experience and outdoor feel to client.
Tēyōllālīliztli: Design development was inspired characteristics of the site environment and the original personality of a GumGum Group. Using the combination to create a space with nature, real, relax and also free.
