Through affinity mapping, we assigned and rated each finding based on its impact on user experience and its potential to address user problems. This method allowed us to pinpoint areas requiring immediate attention to enhance the overall user journey. Moreover, it empowered us to prioritize solutions with the most significant impact in alleviating user pain points.
Tlatēmōliztli: The research commenced with competitor analysis and semi-structured interviews to glean valuable insights into users' experiences, perspectives, and needs regarding career management. The collected user insights were categorized into seven distinct themes and prioritized using evaluation metrics centered on user experience and problem-solving. The resulting data shaped a design concept, optimizing information arrangement and user interactions to enhance the overall user experience.
Tēyōllālīliztli: The platform is an intelligent and personalised solution tailored for early-stage career professionals based on the capability of conversational AI. It automates and enhances user productivity in career coaching, application tracking, and emotion management throughout the entire job-hunting journey. The platform provides manageability for career exploration & growth, enabling individuals to navigate their professional journeys with stability and continuous advancement.
