Produksjonsteknologi
The clubhouse design of this project is centered on the execution of high-customization precision craftsmanship. In terms of materials, top luxury elements such as Jiaya green stone, Gucci black slab, and Gucci red velvet are selected, complemented by natural wood and orange leather, with textures highlighted through contrast color matching and relief craftsmanship. The "black-red contrast with artistic accents" creates a luxurious tactile feel, showcasing noble and stylish furniture composition techniques. With "artistic foundation + high-customization craftsmanship" as the core, the design balances practicality and aesthetic quality, reflecting top luxury standards in every detail to create an exclusive social space for high-net-worth individuals.

In certain areas of the project, Monet Garden stone is used as the primary material, paired with North American walnut wood, emphasizing a more natural approach in material selection.
Designutfordring
Distinct from traditional clubs, its design highlights include "triple circulation separation + acoustic optimization," deeply integrating luxury services with a five-star hotel system. It balances business banquets, family companionship, and healing leisure, while also incorporating local culture and artistic aesthetics. The result is an elite-exclusive domain that seamlessly transitions between "business + living + socialization," setting a benchmark for asset appreciation in the city's core area.
Forskning
With "natural healing, community social life, and all-age inclusiveness" as its triple core anchors, the design deeply integrates the pure elegance of magnolia, the urban fabric of Dongguan's CBD, and world-class luxury service systems. The spaces consistently follow the design principles of "nature as the foundation, refinement as the tone, hotel-style service as the standard, and art as the essence," aiming to reinforce residents' sense of identity and cultural belonging.
Inspirasjon
Inspired by the symbiotic relationship between the bustling Dongguan CBD and the need for nature, and guided by the noble essence of magnolia flowers, this design responds to the high-end demand for integrated scenarios of "business, living, socializing, and healing." Drawing from global top-tier services and five-star hotel systems, it blends local culture with bespoke craftsmanship, aiming to transcend the boundaries of traditional clubs and create ".
