Zolemba za Bukhu: The Henley ndi mkati mwa malo ogulitsira khofi ku Hong Kong. Khomo lolowera limafanana ndi chitseko cha sitima yapamlengalenga ndipo limatsogolera ku njira yaitali komanso yopapatiza. Kumapeto kwa njirayi, alendo amafika ku bala la khofi ndi malo aakulu okhalira. Zomera, mizere yozungulira, magetsi opangidwa mwapadera, komanso zinthu zosiyanasiyana pamawonekedwe ndi kaonekedwe kake zagwiritsidwa ntchito padenga, pamakoma, ndi pansi. Chitsulo, aluminiyamu, konkire, matabwa, galasi lapadera, ndi nsalu zimapanga kufanana pakati pa mawonekedwe olimba ndi ofewa. Kalongosoledwe kake kamathandizira kayendedwe kozungulira mkati mwa malo osasunthika a mawonekedwe osiyanasiyana okwana pafupifupi mamita 250 lalikulu.

Opambana a Bronze ndi zinthu zaluso kwambiri ndi zolenga modabwitsa zomwe zimatsimikizira zochitika zazikulu, kulingalira ndi kuchenjera kwa opanga awo. The Henley Ntchito Yaikulu ya Kukonzekera Mkati mwa Malo Ogulitsira Khofi akuyembekezeka kukhala chinthu choyamikiridwa, chosirira ndi chokondedwa, chaukatswiri wapadera ndi chatsopano. - Through an entrance that resembles the door of a spacecraft, you enter the brightly lit space through a long, narrow corridor. As you reach the end of the corridor, you are welcomed by the coffee bar and the main seating area.
To highlight the coffee experience and ensure comfort while recreating a space journey within the irregularly-shaped space, we incorporated plants, curves, custom-made lighting, materials in different textures and finishes into the ceiling, walls and flooring. - Miyezo ndi Kuphimba

- Whilst it was our intention to create an environment that imitates spacecrafts, our team felt that it was important to achieve a balance between hard and soft, warm and cold materials, hence we included greenery and carefully handpicked the following materials to be used within the space:
Steel (in multiple finishes and treatments), aluminum, concrete, wood, feature glass and ESG fabrics and paint - Vuto la Dizayini
- Much effort was paid to embody the design concept and a sense of spaciousness into the space, which has curved walls and a comparatively low ceiling. Since there is a void right in the middle of the space, and the design process began before the building was even complete, many edits had to be made to the original design in order to apply it to the space. Last but not least, we took extra care in integrating details into the narrow entrance and long corridor to lead users into the main space.

- Inspired by the client’s brand aesthetics, the neighbourhood’s history as Hong Kong’s inner-city airport and the rise of space tourism, we created the interior design of the client’s tenth location in Hong Kong with a palette and a careful selection of materials that align with the concept and the client’s brand identity.

- The project started in May 2022, and finished in December 2022 in Hong Kong.
- Mdondomeko ya Ntchito
- The design and flow are strongly connected to the architecture of the space. Given that the main space is tucked behind a narrow entrance and long corridor, we paid extra attention in designing the space for a circular flow: customers enter the spacecraft experience by the corridor, enjoy the brand’s coffees, pastries and merchandise, and appreciate the feature points of the interior design.
