Slide Roller Pro ndi chipangizo chogwiritsira ntchito zambiri pakulimbitsa thupi chopangidwa kuti chizigwiritsidwa ntchito powuka thupi kunyumba. - The research began by observing the functionalities of the different fitness devices. Upon realizing that there were great limitations at a functional level since most were simply limited to the body development of very specific muscles, I decided to create a multifunctional device that not only developed the body but also allowed the rehabilitation of injuries, improved flexibility and muscle recovery.

- As a result of the sports restrictions that arose during the pandemic, there were a series of limitations for carrying out sports activities in gyms, prioritizing exercise at home. Taking into account the specificity of different home sports equipment, I decided to create a unique element that would integrate the functional characteristics of the different devices to expand the possibilities of exercise at home. The goal was to create a device that combined aesthetics and functionality.
- Nthawi ya Polojekiti
- The project began in April 2020 and the prototype came into my hands in February 2021. The first prototype worked perfectly and all this development work has been carried out in Bilbao (Spain). In 2023 it was exhibited at the Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions, winning the gold medal.

- The use of the Slide Roller Pro allows for better overall body development, achieving greater activation of muscle groups, improved flexibility and muscle recovery. In addition, its special design minimizes and prevents the risk of injury, allowing their rehabilitation.
