Lo Hub es un desvolopament mixte concebut per al torisme a Healesville, Victoria, Austràlia. Lo projècte combina un mercat patrimonial, un centre epicurian, una bracariá, un ostal, un restaurant e un centre d'eveniments. Una via pietonala relia totes los usatges a travèrs lo site de sièis acres. Los bastiments davalan en gradas per seguir la topografia, e los materials terrosos ligan lo desvolopament al paisatge environant. Lo concèpte de disseny amena l'exterior cap a l'interior e dobrís lo site als visitaires a pè. L'intencion es de sostenir lo torisme local tot en gardant lo caractèr del vesinat.

- the hardest part is to satisfy neighborhood character and people lives within, it was about 3000 objection of which withdrawn after understanding the benefits and quality contribution of the project. this considered to be huge value

- marketing research regarding tourism has been undertaking together with business plan, the research indicated that Healesville one of the best areas attract people with high taste on food and wine
- Inspiration
- the motivation of my design is the happiness of human been, with all the pressure of our life, its nice to provide people hub that will take people away from the routine and enjoy the country life style with the best food and wine and shopping
healthy life is the key of our happiness, mixed with comfortable building that accommodate sustainability and enjoy normal life with healthy environment- main philosophy is to bring outside in - Project Duration
