About Daebong-dong Commercial Skip Floor Kawiarnia Komercyjna

Junghee Lee próbowała podzielić dużą powierzchnię na kilka małych przestrzeni. W tym celu architekt wyznaczył podstawowy kierunek jako winda, a jest to budynek dwupiętrowy, choć w rzeczywistości stał się przestrzenią czterech pięter aż do zewnętrznego tarasu na dachu. Na tej samej kondygnacji odsłonięta została odsłonięta betonowa ściana pośrodku, która ponownie podzieliła ją na dwie części. Wykończenie podłogi i sufitu daje kontrastowe efekty. dodatkowo dzięki zamontowaniu świetlika w ciągu dnia do pomieszczenia wpada naturalne światło.

Unique Properties: We tried to divide a large floor space into several small spaces. For this purpose, we set the basic direction as a skip floor, and it is a two-story building, but it actually became a space of four floors up to the outside deck on the roof. On the same floor, exposed concrete wall was exposed in the middle and divided it into two parts again.

Inspiration: The site where the project was carried out is Daegu City which is located on the side road of the old section of the city. In 2010, as the singer Kim Gwangseok's streets were built around, it became a popular neighborhood where many young people visited on the weekends.
we designed a building that does not stand out too much compared to the neighboring buildings, but has its distinct features and can be combined with the neighborhood atmosphere with 1/3 of the legal maximum possible size.
