About Zaotu Shaofang Embalagem de Bebida Alcoólica

Zaotu Shaofang é um projeto de embalagem para uma bebida destilada produzida com bentonita branca, uma argila adicionada à lama do fosso de fermentação. A embalagem utiliza o branco da bentonita como cor principal. Montanhas, luz solar, nuvens, água, árvores e pássaros são combinados em um padrão que remete à forma dos caracteres chineses que designam a bentonita. O grafismo reflete o ambiente de produção da bebida e a principal característica do produto. A caixa se abre pelo centro, para a esquerda e para a direita, e a caixa interna avança para a frente, criando um efeito de exposição. A caixa é confeccionada em papel especial com aplicação de douração, e a garrafa de vidro recebe pintura branca com padrão aplicado por termofixação.

Unique Properties: Zaoshaofang wine uses white bentonite to add to pit mud, which can remove harmful substances in pit mud and retain beneficial substances. Bentonite is the core selling point. The design uses bentonite white as the exclusive color, and skillfully uses mountains, sunshine, clouds, water, trees and birds to create the pattern design of "bentonite" font shape. The unique visual pattern design reflects the winemaking environment and the core selling point of the product.

Production Technology: The packing box is opened from the left and right in the middle, and the inner box is ejected forward for easy display. The box is gilded with special paper, the glass bottle is sprayed white, and the pattern is baked.
Design Challenge: The biggest problem we encountered in the design was how to cleverly highlight the selling point of "bentonite" so that the product has a high sense of value. Through our design, we have achieved these two points very well.
Research: The biggest feature of this product is the processing of "Benton Clay" into wine. Therefore, the focus of the design is to enlarge the text of the Chinese "Bentonite" and then shape it on the bottle. Let consumers understand the selling point of the product as soon as they see the product, and shape the memory point of the brand.
Inspiration: This design highlights the selling point of "bentonite" and makes the product have a high sense of value. Through our design.The graphic design of the core "bentonite" lets consumers know the selling pointand remember the visual symbols of products.the ultimate simple design to attract consumers.
Project Duration: The work started in July 2019 and was completed in December 2019
Operation Flow: The packing box opens from the middle left and right, and the inner box pops forward for easy display.the box is simple, easy to open and easy to produce.Packaging are environmentally friendly for reuse.
