About Valentine R67 Teclado Mecânico

O Valentine R67 é um teclado mecânico projetado para o uso diário no computador. O teclado emprega uma estrutura de montagem em sanduíche, na qual a placa de posicionamento fica presa entre a carcaça superior e a carcaça inferior, de modo que a placa permaneça centralizada. A construção em sanduíche reduz a vibração do impacto das teclas e proporciona um som de digitação mais nítido e agradável. O corpo é feito de liga de alumínio, moldado por usinagem CNC e finalizado com anodização. Uma alça de couro na parte superior facilita o transporte. Duas teclas douradas personalizadas são gravadas com um logotipo e padrões florais.

Unique Properties: The keyboard adopts a sandwich installation structure, and the positioning plate is clamped by the top case and the bottom case to ensure that the positioning plate can be perfectly centered. The sandwich construction better dampens bottoming vibrations, resulting in a more exotic and pleasing ground-to-ground sound. The keyboard is made of aluminum alloy with a leather handle on the top for easy movement. The two gold custom keycaps are engraved with LOGO and flower patterns in the mouth.

Production Technology: The keyboard adopts a sandwich type mounting structure. Through the research and design of the cutting shape of the positioning plate, the part supporting the keys is connected to the fixed part of the shell with flexibility. The positioning plate is connected to the upper and lower shells, and the sandwich structure of the keyboard can better suppress the bottom vibration and make the bottom sound more peculiar and pleasant. The product adopts aluminum alloy CNC machining process and anodic oxidation surface treatment process, so that the product has a good texture and touch.
Design Challenge: The difficulty lies in repeated verification of the design mechanics and elasticity of the Sandwich mount structure, and finally achieve the best operating experience. At the same time, the appearance design pursues the pursuit of romantic spirit and fun
Research: The Valentine R67 Keyboard is an echo and tribute to the "spirit of making products full of fun". The design of the Sandwich mount structure, through comprehensive research and repeated verification of materials, mechanics, and elasticity, obtains the best percussion force and feedback, and suppresses key vibration, allowing the keyboard to obtain a better operating experience. Smooth percussion, clear feedback, and pleasant percussion sound bring a pleasant experience. Exquisite CNC machining ensures that the product has exquisite details.
Inspiration: The Valentine R67 Keyboard is an echo and tribute to Ettore Sottsass' spirit of making products fun. Times are changing turbulently and quickly, but the spirit that makes our lives and souls more interesting never falls behind. The significance of the Valentine R67 keyboard is also that we all have the persistence to let interesting souls shine into our lives.
Project Duration: The project will start in Hangzhou in November 2021, and will be produced and launched in Hangzhou in December 2022
