«Многоуровневая вилла» в комплексе Xingtai No. 1 Yard — это интерьер демонстрационной квартиры, расположенной в городе Синтай провинции Хэбэй, Китай, и завершённый в 2022 году. Интерьер относится к проекту жилья повышенной комфортности в районе Синьду. Изначальная спальня была демонтирована ради увеличения гостиной, благодаря чему пространство уже у входа воспринимается открытым и светлым. Плавные криволинейные формы скрывают перемычку, конструкцию кондиционирования, несущую стену и трубный шахтный короб, делая планировку цельной и гармоничной. В отделке использованы белые лакированные панели, мрамор, древесные покрытия, кожа и чёрная зеркальная сталь.
