Уникальные свойства: The lobby design blends modernity and elegance, with curved structures creating a smooth, dynamic aesthetic from the ceiling to the countertops. The arcs resemble natural eye curves, inviting people into the space as if engaging in silent conversation, sparking deep reflection. Upon entering the gray-toned space, it feels like stepping into an art museum. Artistic elements are seamlessly integrated, with eye, feather, and teardrop sculptures placed throughout the shared space, reinforcing the design's core concept and connection to art exhibitions.
Размеры и упаковка: The venue has a total area of 376.8 square meters and is located on the first floor. The designer planned multi-functional shared areas including a lobby, lounge area, meeting room, gym, and children's playroom. The lobby is the center of reception and socializing, while the lounge area provides a relaxing corner.
