Высота потолков достигает 3 метров, а панорамные окна наполняют пространство естественным светом. В отделке повсеместно使用 мрамор, латунь и другие материалы премиум-класса, а мебель поставлена итальянскими люксовыми брендами. Лестницы выполнены полностью из стекла. Размеры и упаковка: The residence spans 240 square meters and features three spacious bedrooms, along with a large living area complete with a fireplace. The ceilings reach a height of 3 meters, creating an open and airy atmosphere. Additionally, the design incorporates numerous panoramic windows, maximizing natural light and offering stunning views.

Технология производства: The residence will be constructed using a combination of concrete and metal columns. External factors, such as regulations and available technology, also shaped our approach, requiring innovative solutions to achieve our vision.
