О дизайне Episode Shinchon Campus Совместное жильё

Episode Shinchon Campus — комплекс совместного проживания, расположенный в районе Синчхон в Сеуле, Южная Корея, рядом с четырьмя крупными университетами. Здание насчитывает пятнадцать этажей и 393 жилых юнита — от компактных комнат площадью 8,6 квадратных метра до просторных апартаментов площадью 42,8 квадратных метра. Предусмотрено двенадцать общественных пространств, включая коворкинги, музыкальные студии, кулинарные лаунджи, зоны для сосредоточенной работы, зоны отдыха и прачечные. Бронирование общих пространств осуществляется через цифровую платформу. Планировочное решение сочетает приватные комнаты с зонами для общения и взаимодействия жильцов.
