The Hub ni iterambere rikoresha ahantu mu buryo butandukanye ryateguwe ku bukerarugendo mu mujyi wa Healesville, muri Victoria, muri Ositaraliya. Uyu mushinga uhuza isoko ry'umurage, ikigo cy'ubuhanga mu byokurya n'ibinyobwa, uruganda rukora byeri, hoteri, resitora n'ikigo cy'ibirori. Umuhanda w'abanyamaguru uhuza ibikorwa byose mu butaka bufite hegitari esheshatu. Inyubako zubatswe mu buryo bugenda buhererekana hakurikijwe imiterere y'ubutaka, naho ibikoresho bikomoka mu butaka bihuza iterambere n'ibidukikije bikikije. Igitekerezo cy'ubwubatsi kizana ibyo hanze mu mbere kandi gifungura ahantu ku bagenzi bagenda bunyamaguru. - the hardest part is to satisfy neighborhood character and people lives within, it was about 3000 objection of which withdrawn after understanding the benefits and quality contribution of the project. this considered to be huge value

- marketing research regarding tourism has been undertaking together with business plan, the research indicated that Healesville one of the best areas attract people with high taste on food and wine
- Inspiration
- the motivation of my design is the happiness of human been, with all the pressure of our life, its nice to provide people hub that will take people away from the routine and enjoy the country life style with the best food and wine and shopping
healthy life is the key of our happiness, mixed with comfortable building that accommodate sustainability and enjoy normal life with healthy environment- main philosophy is to bring outside in - Project Duration
