About RareMe Porogaramu ya Telefoni Ngendanwa

RareMe ni porogaramu ngendanwa igenewe abantu bafite indwara zidasanzwe (rare diseases). RareMe ihuza abarwayi n'imiryango yabo n'ibitaro, ibigo by'ubuvuzi, farumasi, abaganga n'abakora imiti. Abakoresha bahitamo uruhare rwabo nk'umurwayi, umuntu wo mu muryango, cyangwa umutanga serivisi z'ubuvuzi mu gihe cy'iyandikisha. Abarwayi bashobora kwandika inyandiko z'umunsi ku munsi zijyanye n'ubuvuzi bwabo, gushakisha imiti n'uburyo bwo kuvurwa ku isi hose, no kubona abandi bakoresha bafite ibibazo bisa n'ibyabo bakoresheje algorithm y'inama. Iyi porogaramu iboneka kuri iOS na Android. Intego ni ugutanga uburinganire mu kwitabwaho no kuvurwa ku barwayi bafite indwara zidasanzwe.

Abegukanye Buronze ni ibihangano bifite ubuhanga bwinshi kandi bihanga cyane, bishimangira uburambe, ubwenge n'ubushobozi bw'ababihanze. RareMe Porogaramu ya Telefoni Ngendanwa biteganyijwe ko izaba ikintu cyubahwa, gishimwa kandi gikundwa, gifite ubunyamwuga n'udushya. Unique Properties: Rare diseases are currently affecting about 300 million patients worldwide. Due to their rare conditions, they cannot get the same degree of treatment and assistance as normal patients, especially in some developing countries. RareMe helps rare diseases patients with their recovery and therapy. By connecting with global medical research, institutions, hospitals, doctors, and drug developers, they can receive equal attention and care.

Production Technology: RareMe is an APP,which connects patients and their families with health-care providers, such as hospitals, medical institutions, pharmacies, doctors, drug developers, pharmaceuticals companies, etc. It also links rare disease patients with similar conditions with medical workers through intelligent recommendation algorithm, so as to make them feel not alone.
Design Challenge: RareMe connects patients and their families with health-care providers, such as hospitals, medical institutions, pharmacies, doctors, drug developers, pharmaceuticals companies, etc.

The biggest problem is to contact all stakeholders, promote app through hospitals, medical institutions, and major media platforms, so that patients scattered around the world can know and join RareMe. With the help of a large number of patients gathering to solve the problem of drug research and distribution by low-cost crowdfunding.
Research: Rare diseases are currently affecting 3.5% - 5.9% of the worldwide population. There are more than 7,000 rare diseases known in the world, however, only less than 10% of the diseases have approved treatment drugs or programs.

Based on this huge social problem, we have conducted extensive interviews with medical professors of Harvard University and Medical Laboratory of Zhejiang University, and are eager to connect rare disease patients around the world in a simple and portable way. We have connected many medical workers and patients via the development of RareMe. In order to improve this current condition, we will add in more and more health-care providers in the future.
Inspiration: Rare diseases are lately affecting 3.5% - 5.9% of the worldwide population. Due to the patients’ rare conditions, they’re not able to get the same degree of care and assistance as normal patients. Moreover, proper medicines and treatments are not available in some developing countries. They have few wardmates to communicate with, either.
Project Duration: This project started in September 2019 in Hangzhou, China, and it is still under developing.
Operation Flow: At the beginning of registration, user will choose their own role as patients/family members or health-care providers, then enter the home page. Patients can write disease fighting diaries, seek for other users who have similar syndromes and fight together. They can also seek drugs and treatments around the world. As for health-care providers, they can contact patients quickly via RareMe and offer help.
