Monolithic House ni villa yihariye iherereye i Jeddah. Iyi nyubako igizwe n'ibice bitatu binini byimuwe mu buryo bwo gukora ibibanza byo hanze, bikurikiza imiterere y'amazu gakondo y'Abarabu. Igikonoshwa cy'inyubako gikoresha za ekara zibonerana igice zifite ishusho ya kera y'Abasaudi yahumekewe na Mashrabiya. Sisitemu ikoreshwa na moteri ishobora gufungurwa igenzura urumuri rw'izuba, itanga igicucu n'ubwiherero ku ruhande rw'amajyepfo, kandi ituma umwuka winjira mu buryo bwa kamere. Imiterere y'inyubako ikozwe muri beto, irangijwe n'ibuye rya travertine ryasennywe neza, icyuma cy'umukara, sitiko n'ibiti bya walnut. Imiryango itandukanye ikoreshwa n'umuryango, abashyitsi na serivisi.

Monolithic House Villa Yihariye ni uwegukanye Igihembo cya A' Design Award cya Zahabu, ishimwe ry'agaciro gakomeye ritangwa ku bishushanyo biri ku rwego rwa mbere, bitangaje kandi by'indashyikirwa. Abegukanye Zahabu ni ibihangano birimo udushya twinshi, bifite icyerekezo kandi bimurika, bigaragaza impano, ubwenge n'ubuhanga bw'ababihanze. Monolithic House Villa Yihariye biteganyijwe ko izaba igihangano gishimwa cyane, gishyiraho imigendekere mishya kandi gitanga agaciro katigeze kaboneka. Iki gishushanyo cyegukanye Zahabu ni umushinga utangaje kandi wubahwa ugura imbibi z'ubuhanzi, ubumenyi, ubushushanyo n'ikoranabuhanga. Monolithic House Villa Yihariye itera ibyifuzo bikomeye, ikangura ishyaka, ishishikariza guhanga kandi igatwara imitima yacu.

Ibintu Bidasanzwe: Conceptual idea was to explore the architecture relation between indoor and outdoor spaces, through a composition of three main masses that were shifted to create external courts inspired from Arabic traditional houses. The house envelope was designed using semi-transparent screens, with old Saudi pattern that was inspired by (Mashrabiya), that have been used to give a dynamic visual interaction, guaranteeing privacy and shading on the south facade, and regulating the entry of sunlight by motorized openable system, while always allowing natural ventilation.

Ikibazo cy'Ishusho: -To create a quality living experience and redefine the image of a residential building in Jeddah while maintaining the climate requirements and privacy needs dictated by the Arab culture, were the main design challenges. -The client requested several separate entrances for gender segregation. -Based on the data collection the Architectural design direction is a mixture of Resort/Luxury design with traditional accents using natural materials. -Height limitation, Setbacks & maximum Built up area was dictated by Saudi Architecture Regulations.
