Ibyerekeye Vortex Ikibuniro (Fireplace)

Vortex ni ikibuniro kimanitse cyagenewe ahantu rusange n'ahantu hihariye. Ishusho itaringaniye ya Vortex igereranya guhindagurika kw'umwanya kandi iha iki kibuniro imiterere ikomeye igaragara. Vortex itanga uburyo bubiri bwo gutwika: inkwi gakondo cyangwa itanura rya bioethanol ryikoresha. Uburyo bwa bioethanol butanga umuriro nyawo udafite umwotsi, ivu cyangwa impumuro. Vortex ikozwe mu cyuma cya karubone (carbon steel), gikatwa hakoreshejwe laser no gusudira, kandi irangizwa n'irangi rya poudre rihangana n'ubushyuhe. Ingufu z'ubushyuhe zitangwa ziri hagati ya kilowati 5.9 na 10.6.

Ishimwe

Ibyerekeye Igihembo cya A' Design Award cya Zahabu

Vortex Ikibuniro (Fireplace) ni uwegukanye Igihembo cya A' Design Award cya Zahabu, ishimwe ry'agaciro gakomeye ritangwa ku bishushanyo biri ku rwego rwa mbere, bitangaje kandi by'indashyikirwa. Abegukanye Zahabu ni ibihangano birimo udushya twinshi, bifite icyerekezo kandi bimurika, bigaragaza impano, ubwenge n'ubuhanga bw'ababihanze. Vortex Ikibuniro (Fireplace) biteganyijwe ko izaba igihangano gishimwa cyane, gishyiraho imigendekere mishya kandi gitanga agaciro katigeze kaboneka. Iki gishushanyo cyegukanye Zahabu ni umushinga utangaje kandi wubahwa ugura imbibi z'ubuhanzi, ubumenyi, ubushushanyo n'ikoranabuhanga. Vortex Ikibuniro (Fireplace) itera ibyifuzo bikomeye, ikangura ishyaka, ishishikariza guhanga kandi igatwara imitima yacu.

Ibintu Bidasanzwe: Breaking with any definite convention of beauty, Vortex assumes itself as Shelter's brand image, establishing a new paradigm of fire harmony.
Ibipimo n'Ipaki: Dimensions: 1620 mm x 595 mm x 600 mm
Package: 1800 mm x 700 mm x 700 mm
Heat Output: 5,9 - 10,6 KW
Ibibazo Fatizo: Fireplace, Bioethanol, Assimetric, Metal, Suspended
Ikoranabuhanga ryo Guteza Imbere: This design was created by hand drawing followed by CAD tech drawing.
Its realization consist in laser cutting and welding technology, and finished by thermo resistent powder coating paintingover its main material, carbon steel.
Ikibazo cy'Ishusho: The biggest challenges in the Vortex design process are related to the need to develop a fireplace that at the same time fulfills its main function, heating, but without ever neglecting its aesthetic and sustainable aspect, fulfilling all the legal requirements for integration in public and private spaces.
Ubushakashatsi: Most of the research carried out in the conception of Vortex, concerns the legal aspects and certification of fireplaces to be integrated in public and private places.
As for the research related to design, it was carried out in order to develop a wood combustion product, in which it is possible to insert an automatic Bioethanol burner. With regard to its visual aspect, Vortex is inspired by the strength of a black hole to suck all the material within reach, resulting in its asymmetrical shape.
Ibyatumye Habaho: The Vortex by Shelter is customized by the lightness of its asymmetrical form, referring to an imagery of space deformation, resulting in its striking image and dominant presence.
Igihe cy'Umushinga: The project started in October 2018 in Porto and finished in March 2019 in Porto, and was exhibited in Shelter - New Showroom Presentation in March 2019.
Uburyo bw'Imikorere: Voetx presents two different combustion solutions:
Traditional Wood and with a Bioethanol Automatic Burner.
Bioethanol Vortex are a equipment that combine design with the comfort created by the real flame, with the added value of not emitting smoke, they do not create ash or smells.
