Immupeutics Medicine ni isosiyete mpuzamahanga y'ubuvuzi n'ibinyabuzima ikora n'ikoranabuhanga, yibanda ku rubuga rw'ubwenge bw'ikoranabuhanga rushingiye ku kwiga kwa mudasobwa, ubushakashatsi bw'amavuriro bushingiye ku barwayi no guteza imbere ibicuruzwa by'ubuvuzi bw'ingirabuzima n'urukingo rwa kanseri. Igitekerezo gikuru muri uyu mushinga ni "Umuyoboro w'Igihe". Abashushanya baragerageza kwagura ubujyakuzimu bw'umuryango, bagakurura igihe mu mwanya w'ibiro uhereye mu cyumba cyo kwakira, kugira ngo bemeze abantu kuva mu cyumba cyo kwakira, mu isi nyayo, berekeza mu mwanya w'ibiro ugaragaza ejo hazaza h'abantu.

Unique Properties: The company is a technology-driven and innovative international biomedical company, focusing on machine learning-based AI platform, patient-oriented clinical research and development of cell therapy and cancer vaccine products. Trying to convey the characters of technology and humanistic care of this enterprise, the designers are using cold feeling material-stainless steel and warm feeling material wood on the contrast to improve the coordination of the whole space.
Dimensions & Packaging: The use net area of this project is about 1,600 square meters.

Production Technology: Lobby is made of white sintered stone for the floor and wall. And the tunnel is made of Brushed stainless steel for the wall and black marble for the floor.
Inspiration: A big inspiration is after talking with the clients. The design team realized that the client likes to pay more attention to events' process. So that The big main idea in this project is the Time Tunnel. The design team are trying to stretch the depth of the door, extending the time into the office space from the lobby, as well as to transit people from the lobby - the real world into the office space which is expressing the human future.
Project Duration: The project started in March 2021 in Beijing and finished in November in the same year and was operated at the end of November in the same year.
Operation Flow: Employees in the form of channels connected to the lobby entrance and office space, with "time tunnel" design technique, has the sense of the future to the entrance of the tunnel construction curtain wall that appear, glance through the ground reflected black stone and matte metal fully introduce natural light and outdoor environment into the tunnel, make people from real time travel to the mysterious science and technology in time and space.
