Kan Tan

Kan Tan, Founder and design director of Shenzhen Taigu Design. Senior interior architect of CBDA (China Building Decoration Association). Council member of GDAA-GDDA (Guangdong Designers Alliance led by Guangdong Designers & Decorators Association). Member of SIID (Shenzhen Institute of Interior Design). He believes that seeing is acquiring. Design should be definite and bounded in invisible forms. The simpler it appears, the more more vigorous it is.

Kan Tan stands among the laureates of the prestigious A' Design Award, with winning entries in Imbere y'Inyubako. Kan Tan earned the Igihembo cya A' Design Award cya Ifeza for outstanding design work. In the competition, Kan Tan entered anonymously, and an international grand jury panel of established academics, design professionals and press members decided by blind peer review.

The 2020 - 2021 edition of the A' Design Award & Competition brought the recognition to Kan Tan.
