The top floor provides a comfortable and independent living space for the couple, with an abundance of natural light. The space also encourages connection, allowing the couple to stay in touch with each other and the world around them. The mezzanine level, which features a retractable floor and floating steel stairs, serves as a beautiful transition between the upper and lower levels. It introduces even more light and creates a sense of continuity throughout the home.

Upstairs, the sleeping area has soft and tranquil lighting, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The hallway, with a view of the sky, provides a bright space for changing clothes and getting ready for the day. On the lower level, there is a peaceful living area and a study, both flooded with ample light thanks to the tall windows. Finally, the mezzanine level connects and provides comfort, making it the perfect spot for relaxing and unwinding after a long day.

The spacious living room as a home theater, the window-side restaurant to accommodate up to eight people and the kitchen island dramatically changed the typical traffic flow indoors, with the living room and the kitchen swapping locations. This has significantly enhanced the independence and interconnectivity of each of the three areas.
