About Vanke Central Park Show Flat شو فليٽ اندروني ڊيزائن

ونڪي سينٽرل پارڪ شو فليٽ چين جي شانشي صوبي جي تائيوان شهر ۾ واقع هڪ رهائشي شو فليٽ آهي. هن جو اندروني حصو 280 چورس ميٽر تي پکڙيل آهي. ڀتين جي ورهاڱن کي مختلف جاين تي منتقل ڪيو ويو ۽ باورچی خاني ۽ غسل خاني کي به هڪ وڌيڪ مناسب ترتيب پيدا ڪرڻ لاءِ منتقل ڪيو ويو. ويهڻ گھر، ماني کائڻ جو ڪمرو ۽ باورچی خانو هڪ ٻئي سان ڳنڍيل آهن، جنهن ڪري وڌيڪ قدرتي روشني اندرين ماحول ۾ داخل ٿئي ٿي. ٽامي جي ڪنارن سان گڏ اعليٰ چمڪ واري لاکيرڊ ڪاٺ اهم سجاڳيءَ جو مواد آهي. فرش سرمائي رنگ جي قدرتي سنگ مرمر مان ٺهيل آهي. سنگ مرمر جي ٽيليويزن واري ڀت، هڪ باهه گھر ۽ سرمائي رنگ جا آئينا کليل ۽ ڪشادي پڻي جي احساس کي وڌائين ٿا.

Unique Properties: Vanke Central Park, located in the east bank of Jinyang Lake in Taiyuan, stands as a landmark in the city, just like the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York, showing the side of the city's civilization. In this show flat, the designer uses casual luxury and exquisiteness as the design tone, simple but stylish atmosphere revealed. The nobility is the main gist of the design, which fully reflect the high quality of life.

Production Technology: The high-gloss lacquered bird's eye wood is the main decorative material. The wood surface with a copper edge finished creates a strong sense of fashion. The ground is made of Yundola gray natural marble. The natural elegance of the marble texture and the modernity of the metal, while the marbling TV wall in conjunction with the fireplace on the floor and gray mirrors on both sides, this able to increase the sense of uprightness and openness of the space. The translucent display shelf of the study style uses titanium black metal elements to depict the luxurious modernity.
Design Challenge: In design process of the show flat, our design team face many difficulties and problems, such as the original interior function layout is not reasonable, those of the structure can not be removed and changed, New spatial layout design is more difficult. Meanwhile, the light insufficient problem needs to solve. Designer relocated all of the wall partition ,to relocated the kitchen,and the toilet position, make integral space becomes reasonable.

At the same time the space of living room, dining room, kitchen are connected, that make more natural sunlight incoming to solve the problem of insufficient light.
Inspiration: This show flat with a total design area of 280 square meters and the designer tries to transmit the combination of natural modern and urban elite lifestyle. Through the integration of high-end hotels techniques and language of design, it seeks an aesthetic balance between the traditional culture and contemporary life. It blends function and art to create a flat-view mansion on the bank of Jinyang lake. This project can truly interpret the artistic accomplishment with oriental vision, provide a new meaning of luxury mansion.

Operation Flow: The overall design emphasizes the level of sense of layer, lines and materials are composed and formal, together, it makes the space to become the key of joy.
