About Osia Villa رهائشي اندروني ڊيزائن
اوسيا وِلا هڪ خانگي رهائش گاهه آهي، جيڪا 2800 مربع ميٽرن جي پلاٽ تي ٻنين جي کيتن کي منهن ڏيندڙ جڳهه تي واقع آهي. هي ڊيزائن اندروني ۽ ٻاهرين حصن کي پاڻ ۾ ڳنڍي ٿو، جنهن سان پناهه گاهه ۽ منظرنامي جي وچ ۾ حد بندي مدهم ٿي وڃي ٿي. وِلا کي ٻه ڇَتيون (ٽيرسز) نمايان ڪن ٿيون: هڪ اوڀر واري ڇَت ناشتي لاءِ ترتيب ڏنل آهي، ۽ ٻي منزل تي اولھه واري ڇَت شام جي محفلن لاءِ استعمال ٿئي ٿي. تفريحي منزل تي پرگولا (ڇانوَ دار جاءِ) وارو ويهڻ جو حصو موجود شهتيرن جي جاليءَ جي سهاري بيٺل آهي، جيڪو لهندڙ سج جي نظارن کي هڪ فريم ۾ سموئي ٿو. سامان مقامي طور تي حاصل ڪيا ويا آهن، ۽ فرش تي وڇاڻ لاءِ گرينائيٽ جي زائد پارچن جو استعمال ڪيو ويو آهي.

- Unique Properties
- A private property overlooking paddy farms spread over 28,000 Sqft of land. The design intends to marry the inside and outside blurring the boundaries of a sheltered home.

- Production Technology
- The materials were sourced locally. The entire pavement for the villa was done in waste granite pieces.
- Design Challenge
- The challenge was to execute the pergola on first floor which was eventually supported by existing beam grid.
- Research
- The site location was a major inspiration for carving out spaces into the built structure. The pergola seating on the recreational floor was carved to create a sundowner spot.
- Inspiration
- The wide views of setting sun over the paddy fields is the main inspiration to form the private deck on the entertainment floor with a perfect balance of indoor and outdoor spaces.
- Project Duration
- The project started in Feb 2017 and was completed by March 2019
- Operation Flow
- The design was made in Mumbai and all drawings sent to site to execute locally with regular interval site visits to check the progress.
