About Future Forest سروسڊ اپارٽمينٽ

فيوچر فاريسٽ چين جي شهر گوانگزو ۾ واقع هڪ سروسڊ اپارٽمينٽ جي انٽيريئر ڊزائن آهي. هي منصوبو 1000 چورس ميٽر تي پکڙيل آهي ۽ هڪ وڏي رهائشي ترقياتي منصوبي جو حصو آهي. ڊيزائن ۾ 24 ڪلاڪ هلندڙ ”لونگ ٿيٽر“ جي استعاري کي استعمال ڪندي شهر جي نوجوان رهاڪن جي مختلف ڀاڙي واري ضرورتن کي پورو ڪيو ويو آهي. ڌاتوءَ ۽ ايڪريلڪ سطحن کي مضبوط ڳاڙهي، نيري، سائي ۽ پيلي رنگن سان گڏ ملايو ويو آهي، جتي رنگن جا پرت وار بلاڪ هر علائقي کي پنهنجي الڳ سڃاڻپ ڏين ٿا. گڏيل ڪمرن ۾ هڪ موبائل گيمنگ هال، هڪ گڏيء (ڊول) مشين واري جڳهه ۽ هڪ پرسڪون پڙهڻ وارو علائقو شامل آهن، جنهن ڪري هي اپارٽمينٽ رهائش سان گڏوگڏ هڪ سماجي ميل ميلاپ جي جاءِ طور پڻ ڪم اچي ٿو.

Unique Properties: Located in Guangzhou, which is the key development project of Vanke. Based on Generation Z becomes the main force of consumption, Ocean Luo takes the metaphorical concept of theatre as the design focus, focusing on the consumption insights of the city and people, take the Little Bolu of Port Apartment's brand IP and the MASA set according to the scene run through the corner of the space, to become a gathering place for the future living community.

Production Technology: In the face of new generation youth daily consumption scenarios preferences, space will overlay, a highly complex multiple formats setting in a linear layers and metal, acrylic material, composition of minimalist aesthetics principles, elements and the form of let apartment can become a new generation home in the city, more can become their share of fun social space.
Design Challenge: The new meeting room is the main show venue for generation Z, taking fun as the root, including mobile game master hall, joy doll machine, quantum reading area and other social function complex space, bearing its new spiritual attributes.
Research: Port Apartment of Vanke is like an epitome of the city, embracing the personality of generation Z in an inclusive way and providing self-realization possibilities for every demand. Based on the market environment and business logic, target customer group insight, endows the brand with fresh personality, with common attraction, and constantly enrich the sample of urban life.
Inspiration: Generation Z gathered to form a immersion, experience, interaction with layers of community culture, to promote the development of rent the apartment rental model. Therefore, Ocean Luo extracted the concept of 24-hour living theater, and solved the diverse rental needs of Generation Z in the city from multiple dimensions, such as impression design, life scene and community building, and interpreted a journey full of reality and the future.
Project Duration: The project started on May 2021 and finished on December 2021 in Guangzhou .
Operation Flow: Dynamic demand changes are in line with the interests of The Times, trying to creatively break through the trend code among young people, using red, blue, green, yellow and other eye-catching strong color painting, through color collision and block surface combination, so as to deconstruct the individuality of the changeable life show.
