About Hisense International Center آفيس ڊسپلي ماڊل روم

آفيس ڊسپلي ماڊل روم عمارت جي 24 هين منزل تي واقع آهي، هڪ وسيع نظارو ۽ جبلن ۽ سمنڊن جي خوبصورت نظارن سان. آفيس جي جڳهه سمنڊ جي نيري تي ٻڌل آهي ۽ ٻين رنگن سان سجايو ويو آهي، آفيس جي جڳهه کي آرام ۽ آرام سان ٺاهيندي. ايلومينيم گهڻو ڪري خلا ۾ استعمال ٿيندو آهي. ايلومينيم مختلف شڪلن، سطح جي بناوت ۽ رنگن ذريعي مواد جي تنوع ۽ امير اثر کي ظاهر ڪري ٿو. اهو خلا کي پرتن ۾ امير نظر اچي ٿو ۽ جديديت جي احساس کي ظاهر ڪري ٿو.

Unique Properties: The project is located in Laoshan District, Qingdao, with a coastal location, facing the sea with its back to Laoshan, and has unique landscape resources. The project is positioned as a high-end business complex, providing modern office space for international headquarters enterprises. The office display model room is located on the 24th floor of the building, with a wide view and a panoramic view of mountains and seas. The office space takes the blue of the sea as the keynote and adds other colors to make it easy and comfortable.

Production Technology: The project space is mostly made of aluminum, which reflects the diversity and richness of materials through different shapes, surface textures and colors. Make the space look high-quality and modern.
Design Challenge: How to balance the display and practicality of the office, and also need to balance the usage needs as a marketing center.
Research: The design aims to address the setting of three major spatial scenes, namely social space scenes, collaborative space scenes, and personal space scenes, which are both interactive and interdependent, providing users with diverse choices. The design aims to redefine the relationship between people, workplaces, space, and time, so that each system is like a cosmic galaxy, circulating and coexisting independently.
Inspiration: With the blue of the sea as the keynote and other colors as embellishments, people who use the office space are relaxed and comfortable.

Operation Flow: People can choose when, where, and how to work, and autonomy and flexibility in their work are the value points of our design. The day's work is no longer limited to fixed workstations, but in a dynamic and flowing form, constantly giving new vitality to the meaning of office work. The purpose of design is to create a space where all office workers can communicate and collaborate flexibly, because in the future, work is defined as a state of mind, not just a workplace.
