بايا ٽوڪيو ميٽروپوليٽن جي مرڪز شبويا ۾ وجود ۾ آئي، ڄڻ ته شهر ۾ اوچتو هڪ غار ظاهر ٿيو. اهو 5 منزلن تي مشتمل آهي؛ هڪ بيسمينٽ، 3 ماڙ، ۽ هڪ ڇت جي ٽيرس، ۽ سموري منزل جو ڊيزائن تصور شهر جي اندر هڪ غار آهي. ڊيزائنرز جو يقين هو ته رڳو هڪ گهٽ ۾ گهٽ ڊيزائن غار جي دلڪش ۽ غير معمولي فضا کي بصري انداز ۾ پيش ڪري سگهي ٿو، ۽ ان کي زمرد سائي روشني ۽ مارٽر استعمال ڪندي گهٽ ۾ گهٽ رکيو، جيڪي هنن جي خيال ۾ هن جديد غار لاءِ مناسب هئا. دلڪش زمرد سائي روشنين جي لائيٽنگ پلان خلا ۾ رونق شامل ڪئي ۽ ڊيزائن تصور کي بصري انداز ۾ پيش ڪرڻ ۾ مدد ڪئي.

Unique Properties: “a cave within the city”
BAIA came into existence in the center of Shibuya the center of Tokyo metropolitan as a cave suddenly appeared in the city. BAIA consists of 5 floors; a basement, 3 stories and a rooftop terrace, and the design concept of entire floor is “a cave within the city.” We believed only a minimal design could visualize the fascinating and exotic atmosphere of a cave, and kept it minimal using emerald green lighting and mortar which we think suited for this modern cave. The lighting plan of fascinating emerald green lights added a glamor to the space and helped to visualize the design concept “a cave within the city.”

Inspiration: We were inspired by the fascinating and exotic atmosphere of a cave. We hope to trigger a chain reaction of positive inspirations by making an appearance of the design inspired by a cave in the very center of Tokyo.
