About Springleaf رهائشي اندروني ڊزائين

اسپرنگ ليف سنگاپور جي اتر واري حصي ۾ هڪ چار منزلن واري خانداني گهر لاءِ ٺهيل رهائشي اندروني ڊزائين آهي. هي گهر چئن منزلن تي تقريباً 6900 چورس فوٽ جي رقبي تي پکڙيل آهي. پهرين منزل ۾ ويٺڪ ڪمرو، ماني کائڻ جو ڪمرو، باورچی خانو ۽ پول موجود آهن. ٻئي منزل ۾ مکيه سمهڻ جو ڪمرو، ڇوڪرين جو ڪمرو ۽ جم شامل آهن. ٽين منزل ۾ هڪ جونيئر سوٽ ۽ ٻار جو ڪمرو موجود آهن. چوٿين منزل ۾ مهمانن جو سمهڻ جو ڪمرو ۽ تفريحي ڪمرو شامل آهن. پٿر، اسٽيل، ايلومينيم ۽ ڪاٺ مختلف حصن کي پنهنجي الڳ سڃاڻپ ڏين ٿا. اندروني ماحول جديد ۽ پرڪشش آهي، جنهن ڪري گهر جا مالڪ باقاعدگي سان مهمانن جي مهمان نوازي رازداري ۽ آرام سان ڪري سگهن ٿا.

Unique Properties: The space is designed for the family of s social influencer in Singapore. This is a 4-Storey home with an entertainment space on the last level. The space is designed to be modern and inviting for the owners to host friends and relatives regularly.
Dimensions & Packaging: Total Space is about 6900 Square Feet, with 4 levels, Level 1 is Living, Dining, Pool, Kitchen, Level 2, Master Bedroom, Girls Room and Gym, Level 3 Junior Suite and Baby's Room, Level 4 is Guest Bedroom and Entertainment Room.

Production Technology: Total renovation and alteration took about a year with concreting works. Large format tiles were cut according to sizes to minimised joint lines. Wallpapers and materials were also imported from Japan, Italy and China.
Inspiration: The space was designed to be modern and inviting. Spacious with privacy was the main component in our design to enable owner to host events with privacy and comfort. Combination of various natural materials of stones, steel, aluminium and timber with bold characteristic to define different function of spaces.
Project Duration: Nothern part of Singapore. Took about a year to construct.
